Refund Policy for Ontigen

At Ontigen, we strive to provide the highest quality Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools. Because our Service provides immediate access to proprietary analytics, computational resources, and data insights, we have established the following refund policy.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Ontigen does not offer refunds for any payments made, including:
- Monthly or Annual Subscription fees.
- One-time "Credit" purchases or replenishment packages.
- Subscription upgrades.
2. Immediate Value Delivery
Our "No Refund" policy is based on the fact that the Service delivers value immediately upon the execution of a scan or the generation of a report. Once computational resources are utilized to process your brand data across AI models, the service is considered fully rendered.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your current tier and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after a cancellation.
4. Credits and Replenishments
As stated in our Terms of Service, credits follow a "Use it or Lose it" policy.
- Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle do not roll over and are not eligible for a refund.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases of technical errors where the Service was not delivered due to a verified system failure on Ontigen's part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit replenishment or a partial refund. Such exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
